What devices can I use this on?
Most! We're on the Google Playstore, Amazon Appstore, Apple Store and Google Chrome, Microsoft and Firefox marketplaces. Otherwise, we have detailed guides available for each device on the Setup Guides.
Are you a reseller of another service?
Absolutely not, we control all of our servers! Each one is unique to our service, we plan to use the growth of the VPN service to further fund owning hardware as opposed to renting! This is made easier with us also owning TekLan Hosting! We have a greater opportunity to monetise larger deployments!
Why are you so cheap? What's the catch?
We simply do business differently to most VPN companies! We don't spend a fortune on advertising and rely upon word of mouth – which has gotten us this far! This enables us to keep our pricing low! There are no crazy price rises at the end of term and we have not, to this date, put the prices up for existing services! We reward loyalty, rather than constantly chasing new clients with discounted pricing funded by existing clients!
Do you offer dedicated IP or private VPN servers?
Yes, absolutely! See our Private VPN page! We include full setup and management in the price!
Can you add a new location for me?
You can certainly ask if we don't have it! We don't do virtual locations so our hardware is located where we say it is! This means we don't pretend we have servers in the North Pole just to tick a box! We regularly assess our requests list when looking at new locations!
